Camlin's Q1 FY 11 sales up 14 pc at Rs 120.53-crore
Art and stationery products company, Camlin Ltd, has clocked a net sales of Rs 120.53 crore in Q1 FY 11, up 14 per cent, as against Rs 105.88-crore in the year-ago period.
Its Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 19 per cent to Rs 9.53-crore in the reporting quarter as against Rs 8.02 crore in the year-ago period, a press release issued here stated.
The company had recently declared a dividend of 50 per cent for the previous financial year 2009-2010.
Its Chairman and Managing Director, Dilip Dandekar, said, "the results showcase the consistent performance of the company over the last few years. Our strategic approach of enhancing our product basket has begun to pay-off and we will continue with strong product and process development along with business support to enhance our marketshare."
