Ballarpur Industries Q3 net profit up by 10.15% to Rs 60.63 crore

The company's net sales rose to Rs 1,164.35 crore for the third quarter, compared to Rs 1032.37 crore in the same period previous fiscal.

NEW DELHI: Paper manufacturer Ballarpur Industries Ltd ( BILT) today said its consolidated net profit rose by 10.15 per cent to Rs 60.63 crore for the third quarter ended March 31, 2011, over the same period last fiscal.

The company had a net profit of Rs 55.04 crore for the same period previous fiscal.

The company's net sales rose to Rs 1,164.35 crore for the third quarter, compared to Rs 1032.37 crore in the same period previous fiscal, Ballarpur Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE).

Shares of Ballarpur Industries today ended flat at Rs 36.70 on the BSE.
