Ashiana Housing Q1 Net falls 17 pc to Rs 7.97 crore
Realty firm Ashiana Housing today reported 17.19 per cent decrease in its consolidated net profit at Rs 7.97 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.

The company had clocked net profit of Rs 8.90 crore in the April-June quarter of 2012-13.
Total income of Ashiana Housing decreased by 39.13 per cent in the first quarter to Rs 18.68 crore of the current fiscal from Rs 30.69 crore in the last fiscal, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Profits of the company came down as net sales fell to Rs 11.88 crore from Rs 27.61 crore during the quarter.
Ashiana Housing, which primarily focuses on development of retirement resorts, has presence in six cities: Jamshedpur, Jaipur, Lavasa in Pune, Bhiwadi, Jodhpur and Neemrana in Alwar district of Rajasthan.
Shares of the company were down by 3.45 per cent to Rs 198.90 apiece on the BSE today.
