AGC Networks Q1 net down 47.18 pc at Rs 5.73 cr

AGC Networks has said its consolidated net profit has declined 47.18 per cent at Rs 5.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 as against Rs 10.85 crore during the same period last year.

Total income also declined 4.67 per cent to Rs 131.84 crore for Q1 FY'11 as compared to Rs 138.30 crore during the same period last year.

AGC Networks, in which Essar Services Holdings has over 75 per cent stake, is an enterprise communication solutions integrator.
