ACC clocks 3.55 pc rise in October sales

NEW DELHI: Cement maker ACC today reported a 3.55 per cent increase in its October sales at 2.04 million tonnes.

The company, in which Swiss major Holcim has the majority stake, had sold 1.97 million tonnes cement in the same month last year, it said in a statement.

ACC's production remained almost flat at 2.05 million tonnes during the reporting month compared to 2.04 million tonnes a year ago.
