Aarti Industries Q2 net up 50 pc at Rs 42 crore

NEW DELHI: Chemicals and pharma manufacturer Aarti Industries today posted 49.85 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 42.35 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 28.26 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company rose to Rs 637.70 crore for the second quarter, as compared to Rs 462.09 crore during the same period of previous fiscal, Aarti Industries Ltd said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 88 apiece on the BSE, up 9.66 per cent from the previous close.
