Mumbai: Travel service provider Yatra Online's ₹775-crore IPO was subscribed 1.61 times on Wednesday, the final day of bidding, driven by appetite from retail and institutional investors.

The retail segment was subscribed 2.11 times, while the non-institutional investors or high-net-worth investor category was subscribed 0.42 times. The qualified institutional buyers' portion was subscribed 2.05 times.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of ₹602 crore and an offer for sale of up to 12.1 million shares by existing shareholders. It was sold at a price band of ₹135 -142.
