MUMBAI: The initial public offerings (IPOs) of Wakefit Innovations and Corona Remedies closed for subscription on Wednesday. D2C home and sleep solutions company Wakefit Innovations’ IPO was subscribed 2.52 times on its final day of bidding. The retail investor category of the issue was subscribed 3.17 times while the qualified institutional investors category was subscribed 3.04 times.
The non- institutional investors, or high networth investors’ category was subscribed 1.05 times. The company’s IPO comprised a fresh issue of Rs 377.2 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 911.1 cr. The IPO of Corona Remedies was subscribed 137.04 times on Wednesday. The retail investor category of the issue was subscribed 28.73 times while the qualified institutional investors category was subscribed 278.52 times. The non-institutional investors, or high networth investors;, category was subscribed 208.88 times.
