MUMBAI: The initial public offer of educational services provider Tree House Educationand Accessories is likely to be priced at the lower end of the Rs 135-153 price band.
The issue was viewed as being aggressively priced in a market which has been battling macro-concerns closer home and global woes.
The issue, which was subscribed 1.84 times overall as of 5 pm on Friday— according to data on the National Stock Exchange — saw the institutional portion of the book subscribed by one time, while the HNI portion was subscribed 1.68 times and the retail by 2.74 times.
The issue opened for subscription on August 10 closed on August 12. The company plans to sell a little over 8.4 million shares, divesting 25% in the company. At the upper end of the price band, the company would be raising around Rs 128 crore.
