Shares of three SMEs, Technocrats Plasma Systems, ENS Enterprises, and Skytech Infinite Platform, are set to make their stock-market debut on Friday, August 21, 2026, with Technocrats Plasma Systems emerging as the clear standout in the grey market.

While Technocrats Plasma Systems commands a strong grey market premium (GMP) of around 53%, indicating a robust listing gain, ENS Enterprises and Skytech Infinite Platform are seeing relatively muted GMPs. The subdued grey-market signals suggest that the latter two stocks could deliver modest gains on listing.

Technocrats Plasma Systems IPO: Strongest Grey Market Signal

Technocrats Plasma Systems IPO, which will list on the BSE SME platform, comprises an entirely fresh issue of 46 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 60.98 crore. The IPO opened for subscription on August 14 and closed on August 18, 2026. The allotment was finalized on August 19, with the shares scheduled to debut on August 21. Rarever Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd. served as the registrar.

The IPO was priced at Rs 132 per share. Technocrats Plasma Systems' latest GMP stands at Rs 70, or about 53.03% over the upper price band. Based on the grey-market premium, the estimated listing price is around Rs 202 per share. If the grey-market trend holds, Technocrats Plasma Systems could deliver the strongest opening among the three SME IPOs debuting today.

ENS Enterprises IPO: Muted but Positive Expectations

ENS Enterprises is also set to debut on the BSE SME platform after receiving subscriptions between August 14 and August 18, 2026. The IPO consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 36 lakh shares, raising Rs 33.14 crore. The issue price band was fixed at Rs 87–Rs 92 per share. Corporate Makers Capital Ltd. was the book-running lead manager, while Abhipra Capital Limited acted as the registrar.

ENS Enterprises' latest GMP is around Rs 5, translating to roughly 5% over the upper price band of Rs 92. Based on the current grey-market trend, the estimated listing price is approximately Rs 97 per share. The GMP points to a positive opening, although the potential listing gain appears significantly more modest than that indicated for Technocrats Plasma Systems.

Skytech Infinite Platform IPO: Nearly Flat GMP

Skytech Infinite Platform is set to debut on the NSE SME platform on August 21 after its IPO closed for subscription on August 18. The issue comprised an entirely fresh issue of 29 lakh shares, aggregating to Rs 22.68 crore. The company had fixed the IPO price band at Rs 73–Rs 77 per share. Finshore Management Services Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while Integrated Registry Management Services Pvt. Ltd. served as the registrar.

The latest GMP stands at just Rs 1, or around 1% over the upper price band of Rs 77. At this premium, the estimated listing price is approximately Rs 78 per share. With the GMP hovering close to the issue price, Skytech Infinite Platform is currently signalling a largely flat-to-mildly positive debut.

Overall, Technocrats Plasma Systems is attracting the strongest grey-market interest ahead of today's debut, with its 53.03% GMP pointing to the possibility of a sharp listing gain. ENS Enterprises is showing a more measured positive signal, while Skytech Infinite Platform's near-flat GMP suggests limited immediate upside.

However, grey market premiums are unofficial indicators and can change before listing. Investors should therefore avoid treating GMP-based estimated prices as guaranteed listing levels and consider the companies' fundamentals, valuations and post-listing performance as well.
