TBO Tek, Awfis Space IPOs get Sebi go-ahead

Mumbai: Markets regulator Sebi has issued 'observations' to TBO Tek and Awfis Space Solutions for initial public offers. Delhi-based TBO Tek, a travel distribution platform, aims to raise ₹400 crore through a fresh share issue and an offer for sale of 1.5 crore shares. Awfis Space, a Delhi-based provider of flexible workspace solutions, will raise ₹160 crore through a fresh issue and an OFS of about one crore shares.
