MUMBAI: SVEC Constructions on Monday received bids for a little over 24 per cent of the shares on offer.
The issue received bids for 9.78 lakh shares against 40 lakh shares on offer.
The IPO of the Hyderabad-based firm, which was scheduled to close on Friday, has been extended to February 13. The company has also revised its price band to Rs 80-90 from Rs 85-95 earlier.
The company plans to utilise the issue proceeds in meeting its capital expenditure and also for funding its working capital requirements.
The book running lead managers to the issue are Karvy Investor Services Ltd and Centrum Capital Ltd.
Further, the IPO of IT consulting and services firm GSS America Infotech Ltd today got subscribed 0.07 times on the first day of its offer today.
The issue received bids for over 2.27 lakh shares against over 34.97 lakh shares on offer.
The price band of the IPO has been fixed between Rs 400 to Rs 440 per share. The issue would close on February 15.
The company plans to utilise the issue proceeds in capacity expansion.
