In the grey market, the SRIT India IPO is commanding a premium of Rs 33, or 25%, over its upper price band of Rs 130 per share. At the current GMP, the estimated listing price stands at around Rs 163 per share.
Meanwhile, Shah Investor’s Home is commanding a GMP of Rs 14, or around 8%, over its upper price band of Rs 167 per share, indicating an estimated listing price of around Rs 181 per share.
On the second day of bidding, the SRIT India IPO was subscribed 4.16 times, while the Shah Investor’s Home IPO was subscribed 1.10 times.

SRIT India IPO
The SRIT India IPO is a Rs 218.40-crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares. There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.The IPO has a price band of Rs 123–Rs 130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. Retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of 115 shares, translating into a minimum investment of Rs 14,950 at the upper end of the price band.
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, 2026, while the shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on October 6, 2026, subject to the proposed timeline.
Choice Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar.

SRIT India IPO received a strong response from investors, with the issue subscribed 125.16 times, according to NSE data. The public issue received bids for 1,47,18,85,805 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares on offer.Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) led the subscription, with their portion oversubscribed 312.99 times. This was followed by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), whose quota was subscribed 91.84 times.
Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) subscribed 63.70 times their allocated quota, with 58.80 lakh shares on offer.
SRIT India IPO GMP today
The latest grey market premium (GMP) for the SRIT India IPO stands at Rs 33, or 25%, over the upper price band of Rs 130 per share.Based on the current GMP, the estimated listing price is around Rs 163 per share. Shah Investor’s Home IPO
The Shah Investor’s Home IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 90.17 crore, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares. The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 30, 2026.The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on October 6, 2026.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 159–Rs 167 per share. The lot size is 85 shares, requiring retail investors to invest a minimum of Rs 14,195 at the upper end of the price band.

The Shah Investor’s Home IPO received strong demand from investors, with the issue subscribed 38.12 times by the end of the subscription period, according to NSE data.The IPO received bids across investor categories against 37.39 lakh shares on offer.
Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) led the demand, with their portion subscribed 95.54 times against 8.09 lakh shares on offer.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 28.05 times against 10.79 lakh shares on offer, while the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion was subscribed 19.26 times against 18.89 lakh shares on offer.
