SME IPO: DC Infotech issue overall subscribed 1.56 times

NEW DELHI: The Rs 10.80-crore SME initial public offer (IPO) by DC Infotech and Communication received bids for 37,50,000 shares on the last of the issue on Wednesday.

This is 1.56 times the issue size of 24,00,000 shares that included the market maker portion of 1,26,000 shares. The issue price was set at Rs 45.

The issue, which opened for subscription on December 12, had a lot size of 3,000 shares.


DC Infotech is a Mumbai-based IT solutions distribution company, which is engaged in reselling and distribution business of computers, and computer peripherals.

The company has a total of 1,600 dealers across India, offering a wide range of hardware and software IT products.

The company buys IT products in bulk from different vendors and sells to channel partners. The company supplies both Value Business and Volume Business products to corporate/large businesses and vendors.

The product range includes desktop virtualization, broadband, surveillance, wireless, networking, security, firewall, digital signage, power solutions and other related solutions like cloud security, network performance, digital performance, and enterprise security.

The stock will list on NSE’s Emerge platform.
