Signature Global IPO to open Sept 20, seeks Rs 730 crore

Mumbai: The ₹730-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Delhi-based Signature Global will open for subscription on September 20 and close on September 22. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹603 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹127 crore. The IPO will be sold at a price band of ₹366-385 apiece. Bids can be made for a minimum of 38 shares and in multiples thereafter.

The company reported a revenue of ₹1,554 crore in FY23 with a net loss of ₹63.86. With a market share of 19%, the company is one of the largest real estate developers in the National Capital Region of Delhi in affordable and lower mid-segment housing.
