The company’s shares are expected to list on BSE and NSE on September 7. Refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts are likely on September 4.
How to check Purple Style Labs IPO allotment
- Investors can check the IPO allotment status on the registrar’s website, KFin Technologies or BSE, once the basis of allotment is finalised.
- Visit the Kfin Technologies allotment portal (https://ipostatus.kfintech.com/).
- Select Purple Style Labs IPO from the dropdown.
- Enter PAN, application number or DP ID.
- Submit the request to view allotment status.
- Investors can also check the status on BSE by selecting equity, choosing Purple Style Labs from the issue list and entering PAN and application number.
- Check on BSE India website (https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx)
- Select Equity under Issue Type and choose Purple Style Labs from the dropdown.
- Enter your application number and PAN.
- Click on Search to check if you’ve been allotted shares.
- Those who do not receive allotment are expected to get refunds on September 4, while shares will be credited to successful bidders’ demat accounts on the same day.
IPO details
Purple Style Labs IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 680 crore. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 1.18 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale component. The price band was fixed at Rs 546-575 per share.The company raised Rs 306 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue. Axis Capital is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
GMP signals flat listing
In the grey market, Purple Style Labs shares were trading at a mild premium of around 0.6%, indicating a muted listing expectation. GMP is an unofficial indicator and keeps changing before listing. A low premium suggests that investors are not expecting a strong listing pop at current levels, though final listing performance will depend on market mood, demand after allotment and broader IPO sentiment.About the company
Purple Style Labs operates the luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop. It sells curated designer products across womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories and kidswear, with a focus on wedding and occasion wear.As of March 31, 2026, the company sourced products from 1,109 active designer brands. It operated through an omni-channel model covering experience centres, website, mobile app, telephonic and digital sales, events and exhibitions.
The company had 14 experience centres globally, including 12 in India and one each in London and New York. During FY24-FY26, it served more than 2 lakh unique customers. In FY26, it recorded total PPUS GMV of Rs 722 crore and an average order value of Rs 75,504.
