Prudent Corporate's Rs 538 crore IPO opens on May 10

The ₹538-crore IPO of Prudent Corporate Advisory Services, an MF distributor, will open on May 10. The company has fixed the price band at ₹595-630 per share. The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 85.49 lakh shares by the promoter and exiting shareholders. TA Associates, which holds a nearly 40% stake in the company, will sell up to 82.8 lakh shares.
