Investors in the Priority Jewels IPO could receive the much-awaited allotment update today. After the issue was subscribed a staggering 100.45 times, investors are now awaiting the basis of allotment and looking ahead to the company’s stock-market debut.

The Rs 91.05 crore Priority Jewels IPO is expected to finalise its allotment today, allowing investors to check online whether they have been allotted shares. The company’s shares are scheduled to make their debut on both the BSE and NSE on September 4, 2026.

Adding to investor interest, the IPO’s grey market premium (GMP) is currently around 14%, pointing towards expectations of a potentially strong listing gain. However, GMP trends are unofficial and can change before the listing.


The IPO, which opened on August 28 and closed in September, was subscribed 100.45 times overall. Retail Investors at 106.76 times. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 166.49 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at 39.87 times subscription.

The Rs 91.05 crore Priority Jewels IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 46 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at Rs 190–Rs 200 per share.

The IPO has a lot size of 75 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need to invest a minimum of Rs 15,000 to apply for one lot.

Given the exceptionally high subscription, the allotment is expected to be highly competitive, particularly in the retail category.

Priority Jewels shares are scheduled to be listed on September 4, 2026, on both the NSE and BSE.

Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is serving as the registrar.

Ahead of the IPO, Priority Jewels raised Rs 27.45 crore from anchor investors. According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, it allotted 13.72 lakh shares at Rs 200 per share to anchor investors.

Priority Jewels IPO GMP Today

The Priority Jewels IPO is currently trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 28 per share, indicating a 14% premium over the upper end of the IPO price band of Rs 200 per share. Based on the latest GMP, the shares are estimated to list at around Rs 228 per share.

IPO Objects of the Issue

Priority Jewels plans to use the IPO proceeds primarily to repay or pre-pay, fully or partly, certain borrowings availed by the company. An estimated Rs 75 crore has been earmarked for this purpose. The remaining proceeds will be utilised for general corporate purposes, with the total amount allocated to the issue objects standing at Rs 75 crore.

Financial Performance

Priority Jewels Ltd. reported a 24% increase in total income, rising from Rs 435.87 crore in FY25 to Rs 539.03 crore in FY26. Profitability also improved significantly, with profit after tax (PAT) jumping 68% from Rs 10.51 crore in FY25 to Rs 17.65 crore in FY26.

Incorporated in 2007, Priority Jewels designs, manufactures, and sells diamond-studded gold and platinum fine jewellery. It offers a variety of daily wear jewellery products, like rings, earrings, pendants, neckware, bracelets, and occasion couture jewellery.
