Patanjali Foods OFS gets 2x non-retail bids

Mumbai: The offer for sale (OFS) of Patanjali Foods, which opened for subscription on Thursday for non-retail investors, was subscribed two times. The OFS will open for subscriptions for retail investors on July 14. Though the floor price for the offer has been fixed at ₹1,000, the indicative price on Thursday was ₹1,087.72. Retail investors can bid on Friday above the indicative price.

Patanjali Ayurved, promoters of Patanjali Foods, proposed to sell up to 9% or 32.6 million shares through the OFS, which included a base size of 25.3 million shares.
