MUMBAI: The 140.81-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Telangana-based Nova Agritech will open for subscription on January 22 at a price band of 39-41 apiece. The IPO will close on January 25. Investors can subscribe for a lot of 365 shares and multiples afterward.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares worth 112 crore and an offer for sale worth 31.81 crore by existing shareholders. The company is in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing soil health management products, crop nutrition products, and crop protection products among others.
