Netweb Technologies IPO to open on July 17

Mumbai: The ₹631 crore initial public offering (IPO) of high-end computing solutions provider Netweb Technologies will open for public subscription between July 17-19. The price band has been fixed at ₹475-500 apiece.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹206 crore and an offer for sale of up to 8.5 million shares. Netweb plans to use the proceeds to fund working capital, capital expenditure, debt repayment and general corporate expenses.
