Mindspace IPO fully subscribed on the second day

The initial public offer (IPO) of Mindspace Business Parks REIT has been fully subscribed on the second day on Tuesday. The issue attracted bids for 6.97 crore units as against the total issue size of 6.77 crore. While the institutional portion was subscribed 0.7 times, the non-institutional segment, including high net worth investors and retail, was subscribed 1.4 times.
