MapmyIndia owner files prospectus for Rs 1,200-crore IPO

CE Info Systems, the owner of digital map maker MapmyIndia, has filed its papers with market regulator Sebi for a 1,200 crore initial public offering (IPO).

MUMBAI: CE Info Systems, the owner of digital map maker MapmyIndia, has filed its papers with market regulator Sebi for a 1,200 crore initial public offering (IPO). The IPO consists of a sale of 7.55 million shares by its existing shareholders and promoters, including Qualcomm Asia Pacific. MapmyIndia, a data and technology products and platforms company counts BMW, Honda, and Toyota Ola, PhonePe, Yulu, and also the CBDT among its clients. In FY21, it reported a net profit of 59.43 crore, a growth of 156%.
