KOLKATA: Luminous Power Technologies, manufacturer of inverters, batteries and UPS systems, has drawn up plans to come up with an initial public offer in 2010-11, a company official said on Saturday.
General manager of Luminous Amit Shukla said the company would go for an IPO in the next financial year.
He said northern India was a major market for Luminous. The company plans to expand its presence in the rest of the country, particularly in the east.
With a turnover of Rs 650 crore, the company has facilities in Himachal Pradesh and China.
