Lohia Corp, a global manufacturer of machinery and equipment used to produce technical textiles, opened its Rs 1,101.28 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on Thursday, July 23. The issue has been attracting moderate interest in the unlisted market ahead of its launch, with the latest grey market premium (GMP) indicating an 8.5% premium over the upper end of the price band.

The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) comprising more than 2.59 crore equity shares, which means the proceeds will go to the existing shareholders, while the company itself will not receive any funds from the offering.

Lohia Corp has fixed the price band at Rs 404–425 per share. The public issue will remain open for subscription from July 23 to July 27.


The share allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28, while the company's shares are likely to make their NSE and BSE debut on July 30.


Lohia Corp IPO GMP today

According to market trackers, Lohia Corp's IPO is commanding a GMP of Rs 36, or about 8.5% over the upper price band of Rs 425. Based on the current premium, the estimated listing price stands at around Rs 461 per share. However, GMP is an unofficial market indicator and does not guarantee listing gains.


IPO details

The IPO has a lot size of 35 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 425, retail investors will need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,875 for one lot.

Equirus Capital Ltd and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.


Promoters, existing shareholders to offload stake via OFS

The Offer for Sale (OFS) includes stake sales by several promoter shareholders. Raj Kumar Lohia is offloading up to 167.28 lakh shares, while Gaurav Lohia will sell 22.18 lakh shares. Amit Kumar Lohia and Ritu Lohia are offering 9.20 lakh shares and 16.71 lakh shares, respectively.

Apart from the promoters, other shareholders participating in the OFS include Alok Kumar Lohia, who is selling 21.71 lakh shares, Anurag Lohia with 11.38 lakh shares, and Anuja Lohia, who is offloading 10.85 lakh shares.

Incorporated in 2023, Lohia Corp manufactures machinery and equipment used in the production of technical textiles, particularly for manufacturing polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric and sacks.

As of March 31, 2026, the company had an installed annual capacity of 240 tape extrusion lines, 13,800 circular looms, and 108,000 winders.

Its product portfolio includes tape extrusion lines, circular looms, coating and lamination lines, printing and conversion machines, multifilament yarn machines, twister winders, monofilament extrusion lines, recycling machines, and related spare parts.

The company's machinery serves packaging and industrial applications across sectors such as cement, fertilisers, chemicals, polymers, food grains, and minerals, while also supporting the production of shopping bags, FIBCs, container liners, tarpaulins, geotextiles, ground covers, carpet backing, ropes, and twines.


Financial performance

Lohia Corp reported a 64% year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 193 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 118 crore in FY25.

Revenue from operations rose 25% year-on-year to Rs 1,717 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,377 crore a year earlier, reflecting strong growth in both revenue and profitability.
