The company's shares are expected to get listed on the exchanges on January 8. According to market sources, Leo Dry Fruits and Spices is trading with a GMP of Rs 20 in the grey market, which translates to a premium of 38% to the issue price.

Leo Dry Fruits and Spices IPO subscription
The Rs 25-crore SME IPO of Leo Dry Fruits and Spices received a robust response for its IPO with an overall subscription of 180 times.
The proceeds from the issue will be utilised in funding the working capital requirements of the company, branding, advertisement and marketing activities and general corporate purposes.
Leo Dryfruits and Spices is engaged in the manufacturing, trading and marketing of a wide range of spices, dry fruits and other grocery products under the brand name "Vandu" and frozen or semi fried products under the brand name of "FRYD".
The company supplies various whole spices and blended spices under the spices category, plain, roasted and flavored dry fruits under the dry fruits category and ghee, various types of seasoning, chiz bites, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and many more under other grocery products category in different packaging sizes.
The revenue from operations for the company in FY24 rose 70% YoY to Rs 62.16 crore, while the profit after tax jumped 79% YoY to Rs 9.58 crore in the same period.
