Mumbai: Eyewear retailer Lenskart is looking to launch its ₹8,000-crore initial public offering (IPO) in early November, according to bankers. This will be the fourth-largest issue in 2025 so far after Tata Capital, HDB Financial Services and LG Electronics.

Bankers said the company is looking to capitalise on the continued investor appetite for large public issues.

"Lenskart may announce the price band by the end of October and launch the IPO in the first week of November," said a banker. Brokerage Groww is also looking to launch its ₹7,000-crore initial public offering (IPO) in the early part of November.

Emails sent to Lenskart and the bankers remained unanswered. Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Avendus, Axis Capital are among the lead book-running managers to Lenskart's issue.

The issue will comprise a fresh issue of ₹2,150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 13.23 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.

The offer for sale includes shares from promoters Peyush Bansal, Neha Bansal, Amit Chaudhary, and Sumeet Kapahi, alongside some private equity firms.
