KRN Heat Exchanger IPO subscribed 214x on final day of bidding

MUMBAI: KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration’s IPO was subscribed 214.42 times on Friday, its final day of bidding. The retail investor category was subscribed 98.29 times while the qualified institutional investors’ category was subscribed 253.04 times. The non-institutional investors or high-net-worth investors category was subscribed 431.63 times. The IPO was a fresh issue of 1.55 crore shares that will fetch Rs 342 crore at the upper price band. The price band was between Rs 209 and Rs 220.
