MUMBAI: Koutons Retail India's initial public offering (IPO) has been subscribed 45.21 times at the close of the issue on Friday.
The company has received total bids for 159 million equity shares, a press release said here.
Koutons, an integrated apparel manufacturing and retail firm, had entered the capital market with its IPO of 3,524,439 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price band of Rs 370-Rs 415 per share.
JM Financial Consultants was the book-running lead manager (BRLM) and Karvy Investor Services the co-BRLM for the issue.
The company proposes to list the shares on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
