Inox Air Products files draft papers for IPO

INOX Air Products, an integrated industrial, medical, electronic and specialty gases company, has filed DRHP with Sebi for launching an IPO. The proposed IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 7.72 crore equity shares with no fresh issue component.
