Horizon Industrial Parks has set the price band for its Rs 2,600 crore IPO at Rs 57-60 per share. The issue will open for subscription on August 17 and close on August 19, while bidding for anchor investors will begin on August 14.

Retail investors can bid for at least one lot of 250 equity shares, and in multiples thereafter. At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor will need to invest Rs 15,000 for one lot. The Blackstone-backed company plans to raise Rs 2,600 crore through the IPO, entirely through a fresh issue of equity shares. The issue does not include an offer for sale (OFS).

Of the total issue, 75% has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 10% for retail investors.


How Horizon Industrial Parks will use the IPO proceeds

The company plans to deploy Rs 2,250 crore of the Rs 2,600 crore raised towards repayment or prepayment of debt. Horizon Industrial Parks had total borrowings of Rs 6,884.34 crore as of March 31, 2026, on a restated basis.

Before the IPO, the company also raised Rs 1,650 crore through a pre-IPO primary fundraise. Blackstone currently owns an 89% stake in Horizon Industrial Parks. Its holding will come down following the IPO.

What does Horizon Industrial Parks do?

Horizon Industrial Parks owns, develops and operates warehouses, fulfilment centres, industrial facilities and in-city logistics centres.

The company has 45 assets spread across 10 cities, covering 58.58 million square feet (msf). Its business model is largely based on leasing these facilities to customers, with contracts generally running for several years.

Its total network is around 58 msf across 10 cities. Including its 49% stake in Vision Softech Facilities Pvt Ltd at Narsapura, the network increases to 46 assets covering 61.13 msf. As of May 31, 2026, Horizon Industrial Parks had an operational network of 28.55 msf, with committed occupancy at 93.56%.

Horizon Industrial Parks has appointed JM Financial, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, SBI Capital Markets and 360 ONE WAM as merchant bankers for managing its IPO.
