MUMBAI: Shares of Hathway Cables & Datacom fell below issue price after listing at premium of 4 per cent against issue price of Rs 240 on the National Stock Exchange.
At 9:25 am, the stock was at Rs 221.75, down Rs 18.25 or 7.60 per cent on the NSE. It touched a low of Rs 215 and high of Rs 250 in early trade.
On the BSE, the scrip fell to Rs 222.50, down Rs 17.50 or 7.29 per cent. It touched a low of Rs 212.40 and high of Rs 246 in trade so far.
Hathway Cables, a cable television services and cable broadband services providers, offers analog and digital cable television services across 125 cities and towns and high-speed cable broadband services across 18 cities.
The company intends to use the proceeds to fund customer acquisitions, investment in the development of digital capital expenditure, services and set top boxes; investment in the development of broadband infrastructure, capital expenditure and services; repayment of loans.
