Founded in 2011, Hannah Joseph Hospital operates a multi-specialty hospital in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The hospital is spread across a 2-acre campus and has a capacity of 150 beds. The company focuses on key specialties including neurology, cardiology, psychiatry and trauma care, positioning itself as a regional healthcare provider catering to both critical and specialised treatments.
As of November 2025, the hospital employed 364 staff members. Its service mix spans neurosciences, cardiac sciences, orthopaedics and trauma care, supported by emergency and critical care infrastructure. The company is seeking to strengthen its offerings through the IPO proceeds, a significant portion of which will be used to establish a radiation oncology centre.
Financially, the company has reported steady growth over the past few years. For the six months ended September 2025, Hannah Joseph Hospital posted a profit after tax of Rs 5.12 crore on total income of Rs 42.75 crore. For FY25, profit stood at Rs 7.21 crore, while EBITDA margins remained healthy at over 26%.
With a flat GMP and relatively high ticket size for retail investors, investor response will hinge on confidence in regional healthcare growth and the company's ability to scale services profitably.
