Goodwill Hospital's IPO opens Dec 30

Goodwill Hospital and Research Centre is entering the capital market to raise Rs 62 crore with its initial public offer on December 30, 2011.

MUMBAI: Goodwill Hospital and Research Centre, a multi speciality hospital in Noida under the name “Ojjus Medicare”, is entering the capital market to raise Rs 62 crore with its initial public offer on December 30, 2011. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 175-185 per share of face value Rs 10 each. The company is also offering one detachable warrant per equity share.

The company intends to use the proceeds to set up a diagnostic center at Faridabad and establishment of six polyclinics.

The proposed Issue is being made through a 100 per cent book building process.

The issue closes on January 09, 2012.

SPA Merchant Bankers are the book running lead manager for the issue.
