The SME IPO segment is set for a busy week as four public issues—Pind Hospitality, Shree TNB Polymers, Shivchem Agro and Acme Universal Safezone 9—open for subscription today, September 28, 2026. All four IPOs will be available for bidding on the BSE SME platform, offering investors multiple new issues to track over the coming days.

Together, the four companies are looking to raise nearly Rs 100 crore through their IPOs. Acme Universal Safezone 9 is the largest issue at Rs 35.93 crore, followed by Shree TNB Polymers at Rs 31.80 crore, Pind Hospitality at Rs 17.82 crore and Shivchem Agro at Rs 14.01 crore. Here are the key details investors should know.

Pind Hospitality IPO

The Pind Hospitality IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 17.82 crore, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 18 lakh shares. The issue opens on September 28 and will close on September 30, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, while the shares are likely to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.


The company has fixed the price band at Rs 93 to Rs 99 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 2,37,600. The minimum application for HNI investors is 3 lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to Rs 3,56,400.

Fedex Securities Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.

Shree TNB Polymers IPO

The Shree TNB Polymers IPO is the second-largest issue among the four, with a total size of Rs 31.80 crore. The issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 60 lakh shares.

The IPO opens on September 28 and will remain open until October 5, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 6, followed by a tentative listing on the BSE SME platform on October 8.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 50 to Rs 53 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors must apply for at least 4,000 shares, or two lots, requiring an investment of Rs 2,12,000 at the upper price band. HNI investors need to apply for a minimum of 3 lots, or 6,000 shares, amounting to Rs 3,18,000.

Shivchem Agro IPO

The Shivchem Agro IPO will raise Rs 14.01 crore through a fresh issue of 22.60 lakh shares. The IPO opens for subscription today and will close on September 30, 2026.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, with the shares scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.

The issue has a price band of Rs 59 to Rs 62 per share and a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors need to bid for at least 4,000 shares, or two lots, translating into a minimum investment of Rs 2,48,000 at the upper end of the price band. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 6,000 shares, requiring Rs 3,72,000.

Acme Universal Safezone 9 IPO

The Acme Universal Safezone 9 IPO is the largest among the four issues, with a size of Rs 35.93 crore. The IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of 50.61 lakh shares.

The issue opens on September 28 and closes on September 30, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.

The company has fixed the price band at Rs 65 to Rs 71 per share, while the lot size is 1,600 shares. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 3,200 shares, or two lots, requiring an investment of Rs 2,27,200 at the upper price band. HNI investors need to apply for at least 3 lots, or 4,800 shares, amounting to Rs 3,40,800.
