Behari Lal Engineering ’s issue will be a combination of a fresh issue of ₹110 crore and an OFS of 78.54 lakh shares.
Meanwhile, B2B seafood platform Infifresh Foods, formerly known as Captain Fresh, filed IPO papers via confidential route for ₹1,700 crore in August this year has withdrawn its offer documents.
The IPO of Varmora Granito will be a fresh issue of shares worth ₹400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 5.24 crore shares by promoters and existing investors.
Knack Packaging ’s public issue will include a fresh issue of ₹475 crore along with an OFS of 70 lakh shares.
Shivalaya Construction ’s IPO will consist of a fresh issue of ₹450 crore and an OFS of 2.48 crore shares.
Behari Lal Engineering ’s issue will be a combination of a fresh issue of ₹110 crore and an OFS of 78.54 lakh shares.
