The IPO was priced between Rs 90 and Rs 95 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Meanwhile, the minimum amount of investment required by retail investors was Rs 1.14 lakh, while the minimum lot size investment for HNI was 2 lots, or 2,400 shares amounting to Rs 2.28 lakh.

The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 49.26 crores, which includes a combination of fresh issue of 49.86 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 47.37 crores and offer for sale OFS) of 1.99 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 1.89 crores.
