Investors who subscribed to the EAAA India Alternatives IPO are awaiting the allotment status, which is expected to be finalised today. The Rs 1,200 crore public issue was subscribed 5.51 times overall, and investors can check online whether they have been allotted shares. The company’s shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on November 2, 2026.

The IPO’s grey market premium (GMP) is currently around 2%, indicating expectations of modest listing gains. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and may fluctuate before listing.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed 13.80 times their reserved portion, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed 4.81 times. The retail portion was subscribed 1.08 times.

The Rs 1,200 crore IPO comprises entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 72.07 lakh equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Edelweiss Securities & Investments Pvt. Ltd. Based on diluted earnings per share (EPS) for FY26, the IPO is valued at a price-to-earnings (P/E) multiple of 39.27 times at the lower end and 41.25 times at the upper end of the price band. This compares with the industry peer-group average P/E ratio of 39.89 times for FY26.
