The public issue of Dreamfolks Services made a strong listing on Tuesday at ₹505, a 55% premium to the issue price of ₹326. After hitting a high of ₹550, the stock ended at ₹462.65 on the BSE.

The ₹562 crore-IPO of the airport service aggregator platform was subscribed 57 times last month.

This is the best listing so far in 2022 in terms of listing gains. The public issue of Hariom Pipe Industries was listed at a premium of 40% on March 30.

The Dreamfolks public issue was an offer to sell 17.2 million shares by its promoters Liberatha Peter Kallat, Mukesh Yadav, and Dinesh Nagpal.

Analysts attribute the listing gains to the company's bright prospects and strong response from investors. "The company will be one of the biggest beneficiaries of the rising air travel in India, and due to its first mover advantage and dominant position in the lounge access market, the company is poised to grow exponentially in the future," aid Santosh Meena, head of research at Swastika Investmart.

The issue was richly priced at a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 104.82 based on annualised FY22 numbers.
