Crizac, Belrise file papers for IPO

Mumbai: Crizac Limited and Belrise Industries filed their draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi to raise funds through an IPO. Crizac's initial public offering comprises an offer for sale of ₹1,000 crore by promoters Pinky Agarwal and Manish Agarwal. Automotive component manufacturing company Belrise Industries' IPO comprises solely a fresh issue of ₹2,150 crore.
