Concord Enviro Systems files IPO papers with Sebi

MUMBAI: City-based Concord Enviro Systems has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities & Exchange Board of India for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company's offer will consist of a fresh issue of Rs 192.3 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 51.95 lakh shares. The company is a provider of wastewater treatment and reuse solutions. It made a profit of Rs 41.4 crore in FY24, while the revenue from operations was Rs 496.8 crore.
