CMS Info IPO sails through

The ₹1,100-crore initial public offer of cash management company CMS Info Systems managed to sail through on the third and final day of the bidding process on Thursday with a subscription of 1.95 times.

The retail investors' portion was subscribed 2.15 times, the institutional quota 1.45 times and high net worth individuals was subscribed 1.98 times.
