Campus Activewear is the first IPO launched after Sebi amended its ICDR norms.
Mumbai: The ₹1,400-crore initial public offering of Campus Activewear was subscribed 51.75 times on the final day of bidding on Thursday. The company fetched bids for 174 crore shares as against 3.36 crore equity shares offered in the issue.

The qualified institutional buyers' portion was subscribed 152 times, while the non-institutional investors' quota was subscribed 22.25 times. The retail portion was subscribed 7.68 times. The issue was entirely an offer for sale from the promoters and existing shareholders. The footwear manufacturer sold shares in the range of ₹278-292 apiece. Ahead of its IPO, the company raised about ₹418 crore from anchor investors by allocating a total of 1.43 crore shares at ₹292 apiece.

Campus Activewear is the first IPO launched after Sebi amended its ICDR norms.
