BR Goyal Infrastructure is commanding a healthy GMP of around Rs 51 as against an issue price of Rs 135. This comes to about a 38% premium over the issue price. The company's shares will debut on the exchanges on January 14.

BR Goyal Infrastructure IPO details

The company proposes to use the funds from the IPO for capital expenditure purposes, working capital requirements, inorganic growth through acquisitions, and other corporate uses.

BR Goyal Infrastructure is mainly into construction and development of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges and buildings.

The company's business is divided into civil construction services, including engineering procurement construction (EPC), ready mix concrete (RMC) manufacturing; wind power generation, toll collection contract and residential plotting projects.

Over the years, it developed an established EPC and construction business and has gradually added facilities including inhouse resources with key competencies to supplement this segment.
