The market is shifting towards next-generation, energy-efficient products, with rising incomes, urbanisation and premiumisation driving demand for fans, water purifiers and motorised kitchen appliances, the draft papers said.
Atomberg makes consumer appliances such as fans, smart locks, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers.
It also makes and supplies motor and electronics components to enterprise customers such as Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star
Atomberg plans to use 3.4 billion rupees from the IPO proceeds to repay debt, fund brand-building and invest in research and development.
Atomberg's revenue from operations rose to 12.94 billion rupees in fiscal 2026 from 7.97 billion rupees in fiscal 2024.
It operates via 626 distributors and direct dealers, nearly 47,000 retail touchpoints and a service network covering over 18,000 pin codes across India, as of March 31, 2026.
