MUMBAI: Ankit Metal & Power Ltd’s initial public offering of 1.19 crore shares opens on Monday.
The Rs 10 shares are being offered in price band Rs 30 and Rs 36 through the 100% book building process. The issue closes Friday.
Out of the total issue size, 42 lakh shares are reserved for qualified institutional investors, 12.60 lakh shares for non-institutional investors and 29.40 lakh shares allocated for retail investors.
The company plans to use the proceeds to partly finance an integrated steel plant at Chhatna, in West Bengal, at a cost of Rs 121.98 crore. Ankit Metal is engaged in manufacture of sponge iron, MS billets, re-rolled products.
