AceVector IPO opens today at Rs 30-Rs 32 band

AceVector Ltd., the parent company of Snapdeal, opened its Rs 420 crore IPO for subscription today, September 25, 2026. The issue will remain open for three days, until September 29. In the grey market, the IPO is commanding a 6% GMP, pointing to a modest premium over the issue price.

The AceVector IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 8.97 crore shares aggregating to Rs 287 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.16 crore shares worth Rs 133 crore.

The IPO will remain open between September 25 and September 29, 2026, with the allotment expected to be finalised on September 30. The shares are proposed to be listed on both the NSE and BSE, with a tentative listing date of October 5.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 30-Rs 32 per share, while the lot size is 468 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors will need a minimum investment of Rs 14,976 for one lot.

IIFL Capital Services Ltd., CLSA India Pvt. Ltd. and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.

AceVector IPO GMP Today

The AceVector IPO GMP stands at Rs 2, or around 6%, over the upper price band of Rs 32 per share. Based on the prevailing grey market premium, the estimated listing price is Rs 34 per share. IPO Proceeds

The company plans to utilise Rs 132 crore of the net IPO proceeds to fund a portion of the marketing and business promotion expenses of its Marketplace business. Another Rs 50 crore will be used towards technology infrastructure costs for the Marketplace business.

The remaining proceeds will be utilised for inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes. The total amount earmarked under the specified IPO objects is Rs 182 crore.

Financial Performance

AceVector Ltd.’s total income increased 32%, rising from Rs 407 crore in FY25 to Rs 538 crore in FY26. Meanwhile, the company narrowed its net loss significantly to Rs 45 crore in FY26, from Rs 126 crore in FY25.
