As many as six SME initial public offerings (IPOs) — Omara Ventures India, Sollfege Smart Electronics, Eventions, SJP Ultrasonics, Dove Soft and EverestIMS Technologies — are set to make their stock market debut on Thursday, October 8.

Together, the six IPOs have raised around Rs 247 crore from the primary market, with Dove Soft having the largest issue size at Rs 73.26 crore. Of the six companies, five are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform, while Eventions will make its debut on the NSE SME platform.

The IPOs saw varied investor response during the subscription period. EverestIMS Technologies emerged as the most heavily subscribed issue, receiving 294.22 times subscription, followed by Eventions at 2.39 times and Sollfege Smart Electronics at 2.14 times.


Omara Ventures India IPO

The Omara Ventures India IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 41.99 crore and comprises entirely a fresh issue of 13.50 lakh shares. The IPO received 1.06 times overall subscription. The individual investor portion was subscribed 0.43 times, while the NII category was subscribed 1.72 times. The QIB (ex-anchor) portion received 1.00 times subscription.

The company had fixed the price band at Rs 296-311 per share, with a lot size of 400 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 800 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.49 lakh at the upper price band. HNI investors needed to apply for at least three lots, or 1,200 shares, requiring Rs 3.73 lakh.

The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 8. Wealth Mine Networks Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue.

Sollfege Smart Electronics IPO

The Sollfege Smart Electronics IPO is a fixed-price issue of Rs 21.78 crore comprising a fresh issue of 39.60 lakh shares. The issue received 2.14 times overall subscription. The individual investor category was subscribed 2 times, while the NII portion was subscribed 2.28 times.

The issue price was fixed at Rs 55 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 4,000 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.20 lakh. HNI investors needed to apply for three lots, or 6,000 shares, amounting to Rs 3.30 lakh.

The company is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 8. Finshore Management Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.

Eventions IPO

The Eventions IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 38.12 crore comprising entirely a fresh issue of 32.30 lakh shares. The issue received 2.39 times overall subscription, while the retail investor portion was subscribed 1.38 times.

The price band was fixed at Rs 112-118 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 2,400 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.83 lakh at the upper price band. HNI investors needed to apply for at least three lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to Rs 4.25 lakh.

Eventions is the only one among the six IPOs scheduled to make its debut on the NSE SME platform. Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Mudra RTA Ventures Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.

SJP Ultrasonics IPO

The SJP Ultrasonics IPO is a fixed-price issue of Rs 23.45 crore comprising a fresh issue of 35 lakh shares. The issue received 1.82 times overall subscription. The individual investor category was subscribed 1 time, while the NII portion received 1.86 times subscription. The QIB (ex-anchor) subscription data was not provided.

The issue price was fixed at Rs 67 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 4,000 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.68 lakh. The minimum HNI application was three lots, or 6,000 shares, amounting to Rs 4.02 lakh.

Dove Soft IPO

The Dove Soft IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 73.26 crore, making it the largest among the six IPOs by issue size. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 53.28 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 59.14 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 12.72 lakh shares worth Rs 14.12 crore.

The IPO received 1.38 times overall subscription. The individual investor portion was subscribed 0.81 times, while the QIB (ex-anchor) category received 1 time subscription. The NII portion was subscribed 1.96 times.

The price band was fixed at Rs 104-111 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 2,400 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.66 lakh at the upper price band. The minimum HNI application was three lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to Rs 3.996 lakh.

The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 8. Swastika Investmart Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd is the registrar.

EverestIMS Technologies IPO

The EverestIMS Technologies IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 48.46 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 45.94 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 39.05 crore and an offer for sale of 11.07 lakh shares worth Rs 9.41 crore.

The IPO received an overwhelming 294.22 times subscription, making it the most subscribed among the six SME issues. The individual investor category was subscribed 268.29 times, while the QIB (ex-anchor) portion received 148.63 times subscription. The NII category saw the highest demand, with subscription reaching 548.61 times.

The price band was fixed at Rs 80-85 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 3,200 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2.72 lakh at the upper price band. HNI investors needed to apply for at least three lots, or 4,800 shares, amounting to Rs 4.08 lakh.

The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 8. Oneview Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
