US dollar ends dearer against rupee
The US dollar ended dearer against the rupee at Rs 44.53/54 per dollar, and the Pound Sterling also finished higher at Rs 70.70/72 per pound

MUMBAI: The US dollar ended dearer against the rupee at Rs 44.53/54 per dollar, and the Pound Sterling also finished higher at Rs 70.70/72 per pound at the close of the Interbank Foreign Exchange Market (Forex) in Mumbai on Thursday.
