Dollar declines against rupee

MUMBAI: The US dollar ended lower against the rupee at Rs 46.06/07 per dollar but the Pound Sterling turned higher at Rs 75.47/49 per pound at the close of the Interbank Foreign Exchange market (Forex) here today.
